Hey Rob,

That's a great post from Cathy. Glad you re-posted it here. Can't recommend it enough.

She has explained in a concise, fun way the essentials of creating performance based learning experiences that increase retention and real-world results. For something that I try to explain to people all the time, she's done a way better job than I ever seem to be able to.

This is also a great resource for anyone who needs to help educate their SMEs about why a passive information dump is a bad idea.
