Do you recommend cleaning up the server area and keeping downloaded courses as the archives? If I re-upload a file and none of the original files are on the server any more, will the folder unpack correctly for a new instance of the course?

Hi Tahiya,
Technically you could do that. If you upload the SB3 package it will contain all the images and media. However, most users don't have the ability to upload SB3 packages. We keep that pretty locked down so that people don't start uploading old versions of shared items (like widgets).

But, I HIGHLY recommend never deleting anything from SmartBuilder. If anything, you can create folders in the Shared Library, and organize that to create a "current projects" folder. Let me know if you have questions about how to do that.
